VADA Agent Setup Guide

VADA Agent captures system audio on macOS, allowing you to transcribe meeting audio from any app (Zoom, Teams, Chime, etc.) even when using headphones.

Requirements

• macOS 14.2 or later
• Microphone permission (System Settings → Privacy → Microphone)
• Screen Recording permission (System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording)

Installation

1. Download the latest release: Download VADA Agent (zip)
2. Extract the zip and run the install script:
   cd lmn-agent && bash scripts/install.sh
3. Grant Microphone permission when prompted during install
4. Start the agent: lmn-agent start
5. Grant Screen Recording permission when prompted (System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording)
6. Restart the agent: lmn-agent restart

Usage

Check VADA Agent in Audio Settings, then start a meeting. The agent will automatically capture system audio and send it for transcription.

Not on macOS?

Use Chrome or Edge and enable Screen Share (System Audio) instead — no installation needed.
